We couldn't let another week go by without telling you how thrilled we were with your catering services at our April 22nd Harvey Weil Conservation Dinner at the Welder Wildlife Refuge.

Your take charge attitude gave us complete confidence that not a detail would be forgotten. From the quality of the wait staff to the presentation of the meal, you didn't miss a step. The meal itself was outstanding and we received several phone call raving about the feast we all enjoyed.

Believe me when we have the opportunity to cater another event you will definitely be the first person we contact. We will definitely encourage next year's Harvey Weil Dinner chairpersons to contract with you again for catering services.

When you want something done first class you search for the best. Black Tie Affairs made our search a success. Thanks for ensuring we had an outstanding evening and that all 500 of our guests went home happy.

Roy and I want to thank you for providing such a carefree and beautiful event for his daughter’s wedding. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and your wait staff was excellent. I especially appreciate your help and expertise in placing food tables in such a limited space that maximized circulation and access to food. The wedding was beautiful and obviously a lot of fun for Shawn’s friends as they partied until about 4:00 am. Thank you for leaving the food tables up for them so that they could eat any time they wanted. Those of us who are older (and with more sense) left around 11:00 but it was nice for us to also eat whenever we wanted. Thank you again for being so accommodating. I look forward to future parties with little worry thanks to Black Tie Affairs.

The 1999 Go Western Gala Committee had another very successful year. We realize it is truly a group effort, working together, for the success of our endeavors. This is a unique event, demanding tremendous planning and hard work of everyone involved. We recognize the hard work and planning that was put forth by Black Tie Affairs to serve our 4,000 guests in a very unusual setting, The Coliseum. This year’s event was the largest in the history of the Go Western Gala. We would like to express our appreciation and deepest thanks for a job well done. As of this date we are still receiving many compliments on the quality and quantity of food prepared by Black Tie Affairs.

The Go Western Gala Committee strives to provide our guests with the best hospitality and entertainment. Our efforts and hard work bring our guests to this event, and through their continued support we are able to provide financial contribution to our Scholarship Program. All proceeds directly benefit the San Antonio Livestock Exposition-Scholarship Fund, helping to support the youth today so that agriculture will grow tomorrow.
