love that artsy stuff” is something we hear all the time when
couples first see our work. It’s ok to call our work “artsy
stuff” because we do put a tremendous amount of thought into
every shot. Years of work and training come together with a unique
creative vision each time we make a photograph. Photography is our
lives, and we are passionate about it. |

When we are shooting a wedding, we’re able to put ourselves into
your shoes because we’ve been there (together as a matter of fact)-
and our images show that. We remember the excitement and uncontrollable
happiness, and the way that emotions barely fit inside. Ironically we
were unhappy with the photographs of our wedding. We received pages of
pretty good shoulder-to-shoulder portraits. Intimate moments became fleeting
memories instead of timeless images. When we’re at your wedding
we look for all the great shots we wish we had so that you will have them.

When couples look through their Deserly Photography
images, I love to watch their faces. It starts with a deep down heart
felt smile. Next may come a look of adoration when she sees her baby
sister carrying the flowers or an out loud laugh when they see the
best man doing the thing he did. It’s beautiful – and
means just as much to us as the artists. We’d love to do this
for you. |

When we meet you for a consultation, we’ll invite you into our home-
which is also our office, studio, and stomping grounds of our two little
photographers, ages 4 & 5. We like to meet with couples in the planning
stage of the wedding because it helps us to get a feel for how they envision
the day and if our style of photography will make them most happy. We
offer a free consultation where we look over a few albums together, discuss
packages and options in detail, and talk about photography for your wedding.
