Black Tie Affairs Catering is a full
service catering company and has been in the catering business
for sixteen years. During this time we have won numerous awards
for outstanding quality of food and attentiveness to detail.
Our catering services can be customized to wedding events including
bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners and receptions. We can design
events that are casual or elegant, buffet or sit-down. Black
Tie Affairs Catering will take the worry out of planning these

Black Tie Affairs Catering is licensed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. We are able to fill your needs whether it is for full bar service including bartenders or simply making arrangements for canned or keg beer.
Black Tie Affairs will also assist you in planning a spectacular menu that falls within your budget. Our staff visits with each client to discuss ideas and expectations. We will then recommend menus that meet those expectations and are within your budget. We are an approved caterer at most venues in San Antonio. Some of the locations we have catered include the Southwest School of Art and Craft, the Witte Museum, the San Antonio Garden Center, the San Antonio Art Museum, the International Center, Institute of Texan Culture, Celebration Square, and La Villita. We will cater at any of those or in your home, at your ranch or at most any location you choose.
Black Tie Affairs has a complete rental service. We can cater functions up to 800 guests utilizing our own equipment. We can provide an elegant setting with china, silver place settings and silver serving pieces or a casual event using disposable plating. The largest event catered by Black Tie Affairs was 4,440 guests. We can provide plating, silverware, tables, chairs, chair covers, linens, skirting and decorations to fit any theme. Tent service is also available, if necessary. Our professional staff is available to set-up and breakdown the equipment we provide. Black Tie Affairs can also provide floral arrangements and entertainment ranging from a DJ to big bands. We also provide a full Wedding Cake service.
Black Tie Affairs' professional and courteous wait staff is dedicated to perfection. They arrive early to set up, assist with serving, replenish necessary food items and then provide clean-up. Our professional wait staff will ensure that every item on your menu is creatively displayed. Our staff includes an experienced chef who will deliver quality foods that are seasoned to perfection.
